The Role

Technical Operator will have the operational responsibility for any and all equipment identified by the Automation Manager. Key duties include: Complete Inspections for faults and minor preventative maintenance tasks, Monitor Performance/downtime of Automation Systems, Assist site Engineers as required and Complete documentation as required.

Rate of Pay

This role will be paid at a rate of £15.02 per hour.

Hours of Work

Night shift: 6pm – 6am, 5 out of 7 nights per week covering Sunday – Thursday.

This is a full-time role.

What it takes

Essential criteria for this role covers the below:

• Candidates should have relevant experience in an industrial environment with exposure to fast paced production equipment.
• Experience in Operating machinery
• Experience with Scada operations
• Ability to diagnose minor faults on automated equipment in order to communicate efficiently with site Engineers.
• Mechanical Aptitude
