The Role
In this role, you will oversee a team of hygiene operatives, ensuring they efficiently complete daily cleaning tasks and maintain high hygiene standards throughout the facility. You will motivate and coach your team to achieve exceptional results and support the team with various projects and responsibilities within your supervisory capacity. This role includes facilitating the training of new recruits, completing performance management and completing Hygiene checks, therefore requires the applicant to be able to read and write in English.
Hours of Work
Day Shift: 5 out of 7 days, 6am Start time.
There may be times within this role where a mid- shift is required to support the Nightshift team. If this is required the supervisor will be given advance notice to ensure everyone is aware.
What it takes
Previous experience in similar industry and team lead preferred.
Written and verbal communication skills in English for checks and paperwork completion.
Full training in Factory hygiene, chemical storage and food safety are all provided and completed whilst onsite.
